During my internship, I had the opportunity to participate in numerous enriching projects. As a Sales Assistant and Business Developer, my main focus was on lead and client management. By launching CRM campaigns, I was able to create new opportunities with new clients. I also conducted cold calling, which allowed me to learn how to communicate with clients and schedule appointments with C-level (CTO, CDO, COO) executives from large-scale companies.

I also collaborated closely with the marketing team to develop targeted email marketing campaigns. These campaigns were designed to nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring consistent and personalized communication with potential clients. My efforts contributed to an increase in engagement rates and a higher conversion of leads into customers.

For instance, I participated in an intensive MLOps workshop that focused on the deployment, monitoring, and governance of machine learning models in production. This experience highlighted the importance of integrating ML models seamlessly into business operations to ensure scalability and reliability.

In my opinion, to succeed in the data industry, it is crucial to constantly question oneself and stay informed about the latest innovations in AI and data. AI is evolving at such a pace that predicting its future two years from now remains extremely complex.

Additionally, I was involved in drafting comprehensive reports and presentations that communicated our findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders. This experience honed my ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights, which is a vital skill in the data industry.
