TICE signs a partnership with Datategy

Local emblematic actor of mobility, TICE (Transports Intercommunaux Center Essonne) increase the actions to fight at best against the fare evasion on the network.

After reinforcing its operational teams with the hiring of new controllers and following the signing of the Local Security Agreement on 4 May 2018, illustrating the collaboration with the state services, TICE focuses on the need to reduce number of fraudsters whether they are active (no ticket) or passive (forgetting validation).

For this purpose, TICE and DATATEGY met.

A consulting and expertise company in Data Science, DATATEGY designs, develops and markets a predictive platform for the fight against fare evasion based on 100% cloud-based artificial intelligence technologies.

This solution will allows the deployment of agents at the right stations and at the right times.

The joint Economy Company Tice was created in 1988 on the will of local elected officials concerned about the transport on their communes. It currently employs 550 people in 3 locations: the commercial agency at Evry-Courcouronnes station, the Courcouronnes head office and the Bondoufle depot.

With 19 regular bus lines used by 87,000 passengers per day, the network serves 20 municipalities, with nearly 350,000 inhabitants. Its own 18 km bus corridor is one of the largest in Europe.
